My name is Marques L. Marshall, founder and owner of Marques L. Marshall Consulting Services LLC, a mission-driven consulting firm in Racine, Wisconsin focused on advancing work-readiness and employment access for underserved job seekers ages 14 and older. I deliver tailored coaching, résumé development, interview preparation, and workforce empowerment programs to equip clients with tools for lasting success.
Through my business and DBA, Notary Near Me Racine, I also provide professional tax preparation, notary services, and legal and financial support. I hold three master’s degrees: in adult education, mental health counseling, and accounting & finance management, and am certified in trauma-informed care and youth mental health first aid.
My background in counseling grounds my approach in empathy and clarity, ensuring that every client is met with understanding and practical guidance. As a dedicated father and community advocate, I bring passion, integrity, and lived experience to every aspect of my work.

The IGNITE: From Ready to Hired!, a work-readiness training program, offered by Marques L. Marshall Consulting Services LLC, is a structured, instructor-led program designed to support underserved job seekers ages 14 and older across Southeastern Wisconsin. This hands-on program delivers personalized, skill-based training that equips job seekers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to secure employment and achieve long-term career success. Each 3-week cohort leads job seekers through a dynamic, real-world curriculum, while wraparound services like transportation assistance, interview attire support, and job start essentials help eliminate common barriers to success. Core training areas include career exploration, résumé development, interview preparation, professional communication, workplace expectations, and foundational financial literacy.
Job Seekers benefit from both interactive group instruction and one-on-one coaching, allowing for customized support and real-time feedback. Clients also gain experience using digital job tools, practicing professional presentation, and adapting to real-world workforce demands. The program is accessible, culturally responsive, and community-driven, meeting job seekers where they are and guiding them through every step of their employment journey. Whether preparing for a first job, re-entering the workforce, or exploring new career opportunities, this program empowers job seekers with readiness, clarity, and confidence to succeed being able to build a stronger, more empowered Southeastern Wisconsin one job seeker at a time.
